Don't forget

Post your Biblical Allusions tonight!

Read chapters 1-2 of Beloved. (S0, that is through page 34).

FYI--In the first line, 124 is mentioned as being spiteful. 124 is the house address, so they are saying that the house is personified as being spiteful.

There is a baby ghost haunting the house.

Pay attention to the names on page 13.

There is a lot of switching back and forth between past and present, so don't get confused.

Pay attention to the relationship between Sethe and Paul D. How do they know each other? What does he do for her? How does Denver feel?

You may get a bit confused...but don't let that get you down. Keep reading and just TRY! I don't want to hear any complaining.

So I started reading...... weird, a little confuesing, but I'm staying with it. Also, I may be joining sarah on having to make up the timed write on thursday. I think My sister, my mom and I are going out of town for the day. Unless you postponed to Friday... just saying.....
