Mrs. Moon I'm freaking out.

You told me I needed more specific details so I added them and when I practiced my speech with Mrs. Keller, it was four seconds shy of seven minutes! I'm trying to cut out as much as possible, but I don't want to lack details. And when I cut more, my paragraphs look silly, cause they're like two sentences. Gahhhh I need to be practicing and I'm still writing my transcript. Hjsigbkrjgbskjg.

Are we allowed to be emotional in our speech? Not like actually get emotional, but just be passionate about what we're saying? I know that sounds lame, but some parts of my speech are moving, I guess you could say. Thoughts?

Oh geez! 7 minutes. You have a lot to cut!! Yes, be emotional. Please don't shed any tears, but the more you care about your topic, the more the audience (and me, the grader) cares.

It is up to you to decide what to cut. I'm not trying to cop out here, but seriously, you have it within you to decide what is the most essential of each prong.

Stop freaking out, cut some stuff, and deliver a killer speech tomorrow!
