So, class ended kind of quickly on Friday, so here is your reminder for Monday:
1. bring all your supplies
2. we will be writing in our calendars
3. have your AP prompt questions answered for The Stranger
4. Have some sort of draft of your letter of intent

Official rough draft of your letter of intent is due on Tuesday. Final letter of intent is due on Thursday.

Assingment #1--Introduce Yourself

For your first assignment, you need to introduce yourself to the class. I know that many of you know each other, but I only know a few of you, and it never hurts to get to know your classmates better!

So, respond to this post with a little bit of info about yourself. You can tell us about your college plans, an interesting talent you possess, your pets, extracurricular activities, etc. Whatever you want!

Remember, no "text speak," use correct grammar, and no negative comments!

Here are a few things about me:
1. I was born near Chicago, IL and moved to NC when I was in the 8th grade.
2. My favorite book is Siddhartha. I have read it probably 10 times!
3. I have a 2 year old niece named Lila Grace.
4. I have 2 cats--Castor & Little Kitty.
